SCHEDULING POLICY
A credit card will be required for booking purposes, per our Medical Director, Dr. Alexander. |
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, Premier Aesthetics will notify patients 24-hours in advance of their appointments through a text message and email. Any cancellation or rescheduling done in less than a 24-hours, or any No Shows to an appointment will result in a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE to the credit card place on file. Failure to receive an appointment reminder notification will not exempt you from this fee. It is the patient's responsibility to be aware of their appointment date and time. |
LATE POLICY
Premier Aesthetics has the right to hold an appointment for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. In the event that the patient arrives 15 minutes or later past their appointment time, they may be charged a $50 FEE to the credit card on file and may be required to reschedule the appointment for another day.
